Are you unfamiliar with the Haliburton Highlands? We are surrounded by forest, rocks, lakes and rivers – rugged terrain on the granite of the Canadian Shield. We’re at the tippy-toe of Algonquin Park, three hours North of Toronto, and a few hours West of Ottawa, all in Ontario, Canada. The County of Haliburton is sparsely settled – which makes it ideal for Trekking. Learn all about us on the following pages, and thanks for visiting!
If you’re already a Member, you’ll find everything you need by going to For Members. Please have a look at the Volunteer page. Haliburton Highlands Trekkers is a 100% volunteer-run club. Your energy will ensure our ongoing success.
To join Trekkers or to renew your membership for 2021, please see the Trekkers Application, found under the membership tab.
